Shipping information

Once your order has been received, it will be processed internally. This usually takes less than one working day. The shipment is then dispatched within 1-2 days. You can therefore expect a delivery time of 2-3 working days for most items. Items that are not in stock require a delivery time of up to 14 working days. Postage costs are listed in detail in the delivery conditions.

Robert-Aebi endeavors to deliver your order as quickly as possible. In order to receive your order as quickly as possible, we offer same day shipping for orders placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 p.m.* Orders placed on Sundays and holidays may not be processed until the next business day.

*Product shipments directly from our suppliers and backorders are excluded.

In addition, Robert-Aebi-Webshop.ch will be closed on the following public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the following working day.
